Preparation: set up once
Before the first recommendation is handled, the basic connections and terms are set up.
Register
Companies and partners register with their email address and confirm their registration.
Connect
Accept the invitation or partner request and establish the connection.
Terms
Record commission offers with their validity period.
Start
The contact form can now be used for recommendations.
The ongoing process of a recommendation
Recommendation
The partner shares the company's contact form, embedded in their own website or directly as a link.
Enquiry
An interested party fills in the form and confirms the privacy information and the terms of use.
Receipt
The enquiry arrives automatically in the company's inbox as a new, highlighted entry.
Contact
The company replies, if needed, with a PROMAIL template in the prospect's language.
Order
If the deal goes ahead, the company sets the commission for this referral.
Settlement
As soon as at least €20 is outstanding, the company or the partner can start the settlement run.
Payment
Once payment is received, it is booked and the process is complete.

When an online event is added
Create event
Create a new event from a template or from an earlier event.
Invite
